Wadham House provides low cost facilities for small to medium sized community groups who hold regular meetings throughout the year. It is owned and maintained by the Monash Council, and is managed by a committee of volunteers raised from affiliated groups.

SPACES: WHAT WE OFFER
Wadham House has three distinct spaces on offer. Two spaces are located downstairs with easy wheelchair access, a shared kitchen, two shared toilets, modern av conferencing facilities, projector and audio (computer not included), wifi provided by Mount Waverley library, ample parking and two outdoor pricnic areas.
The third space is located upstairs on the second storey and offers a double room, carpeted, a private kitchenette, access to the shared bathrooms downstairs, modern av facilities, projector and audio (computer not included), wifi provided by Mount Waverley library, ample parking and access to the outdoor pricnic areas. Space times slots are morning, afternoon and evening.
WHEELCHAIR ACCESS
The ground floor boasts wheelchair access via the back doors.

Wadham House enjoys a convenient position just a short walk from Mount Waverley train station (beside Mount Waverley Library) and in proximity to bus stops serving the 623 and 733 lines. Situated off state route 23 (Stephensons Rd), Wadham House provides well lit ample parking for motorists.

Wadham House is home to numerous community groups, among them, Euro Games, MelbPC Wadham House SIG, Waverley Film Society, Melbourne Amiga User Group.
